City Awake is kicking off the New Year with tips and takeaways from one of their 2017 Ten Outstanding Young Leaders, TJ Parker, co-founder and CEO of PillPack, a full-service pharmacy that sorts medication by dose and delivers to customers’ doors. During this lunchtime discussion, TJ will share his path to success, leadership lessons and hopes for the future of Boston.
TJ says that “leadership means creating the conditions for others to succeed.” As CEO of PillPack he says he “tries to recruit the best possible people for every role, and to create an environment of trust and support so that they can do their best work.”
Please note: this program is for young professionals from Greater Boston and who are between the ages of 21 and 39.
Hosted by: City Awake. City Awake works to empower the next generation of Greater Boston leaders through programming that builds community and engages young professionals in dialogue about the most pressing issues facing our region. Through this work, we hope to deepen their connections to the broader business and civic communities and recognize their important contributions to our thriving economy.
