It has the potential to affect any company that handles data within the EU and the European Economic Area. Two months into GDPR, we’ll learn how organizations are dealing with this new regulation and what to expect from its enforcement.

Matt Johnson is an attorney in Cooley LLP’s Education, Education Technology, and Privacy & Data Security practice groups and resident in Cooley’s Washington, DC office.
