All Raise & EY invite you to the inaugural event of the All Raise Boston chapter
This event is geared toward both founders and funders who want to avoid “gotchas” as they pursue all kinds of strategic agreements and investments. We’ll start with a panel discussing common pitfalls in investment transactions along with readiness at a high level, followed by in-depth breakout sessions where you’ll get to focus on topics like what types of diligence you need, selling vs. exiting, and designing agreements to protect yourself.

Speakers include:

Holly Maloney (Managing Director, General Catalyst)
Julie Johnson (CEO and Co-Founder of Armored Things)
Kath Carter (Global EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Sponsor and Global Transaction Advisory Services Markets, Accounts and Business Development Leader, EY)
Rebecca Liebman (CEO and Co-founder of LearnLux)
This will also be our *official* launch event for All Raise Boston.

If you’re curious about how to get involved with All Raise, stick around after the panel and breakouts wrap up at 10 am to hear more from the leaders of All Raise Boston. As we build out a new community of female founders and funders here, we’re on the lookout for fresh volunteers and future program ideas. Come and be part of our growing crew!

Space is limited, so please register soon.
