The AUVSI New England chapter are convening their annual UAS Summit to address how we move from vision and planning, to execution and operations. This years UAS Summit has major industry leaders providing their vision is compelling keynote presentations, and four engaging sessions.
The sessions are organized as
There are a number of recent and current government initiatives intended to enable the rapid growth the US drone industry. These include the 2012 FAA UAS Test Sites, 2016 UAS Traffic Management Pilot Program (UTM PP), the recent 2017 UAS Integration Pilot Program (IPP), and the 2018 FAA Reauthorization Act. These activities seek to help participating entities drive rapid technology and applications development in the advancement of near future UAS markets. They have been met with varying success and adoption.
However, the commercial drone industry is calling out for more clearly defined opportunities to participate in and expand this new economy. Where are the leaders in the new aviation ecosystem and how can legacy enterprise find opportunity (and shelter) under the new transportation paradigm?
We look forward to actively engaging with you at this years UAS Summit,
and helping to realize your opportunity.
