Webinar: Forming an Adaptive Mind

April 9, 2020 @ 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm

  • This event has passed.

The coronavirus is a Black Swan event. It has inverted life and business as we know it. Times like these can be especially challenging when change happens so rapidly. Our thinking patterns and work habits are challenged and we are required to adapt to a new environment. As we know from evolution, the capacity to adapt to new environments is the hallmark of sustained progress.

To help you remain adaptive and adjust to new working habits as easily as possible, we have organized a webinar with Patrick McAndrew from The Bowery Common. The Bowery Common teaches workshops on cognitive skills so that you can better understand your mind and unlock its full potential. This webinar will be focused on:

– How to create mental order in times of external uncertainty
– Neural plasticity and how our brains adapt
– How to overcome mental blocks that frequently present themselves, especially when under time pressure
