Cait Davison is a Partnerships Manager of Hack.Diversity at the New England Venture Capital Association. She hails from Rhode Island and is a graduate of Suffolk University, where she majored in Communications. Cait’s nonlinear professional journey spans from law, to holistic medicine, to international education, to the nonprofit sector, and her combined experiences from each arena have contributed to her passion for social and racial justice work. Immediately prior to joining Hack.Diversity, Cait worked for three years at Year Up, a workforce development program aimed at closing the skills gap in the U.S. by supporting opportunity youth in gaining entry into the corporate workforce. In her personal life, Cait enjoys involvement in her Dorchester neighborhood’s Civic Association, the great outdoors (nearly always accompanied by her dog), trying new local eateries, and game nights with friends.
