Nicole Gilmore works with entrepreneurs, executives, and students to discover smart solutions to today’s market problems. She is particularly passionate about helping women and young entrepreneurs realize their dreams and access economic opportunity. Startups, non-profits, academic institutions, and government organizations have implemented the innovation and growth strategies she recommended.
As a partner at Savanna Technologies, she built the core systems for efficient operations and developed policies and procedures that positioned the platform to scale. Nicole led Savanna through the MassChallenge Boston accelerator in 2015 and successfully leveraged resources to test their business model and grow the company. As an Alumni In Residence in 2016, she developed the Women In MassChallenge cohort experience for women founders by working with the talented MassChallenge staff to create curated events to help women founders build better businesses. She is proud of the bonds fostered and that a significant number of the women led teams in the cohort received prize money.
She was the Co-Chair of the 2017 Women Founders Network, leading the strategic growth and planning for future cohorts. Prior to Savanna, she worked as a strategy consultant and garnered extensive experience in the healthcare and finance industries. She also teaches economics at Harvard University and previously taught at the United States Military Academy at WestPoint and Baruch College in New York.
