Tori is the Senior Community Manager of Hack.Diversity. Prior to joining Hack.Diversity, she spent nearly 5 years with Year Up. In that time, she worked directly with students, leading cohorts of young adults through the year-long professional training program and training program staff. Prior to Hack.Diversity, she worked with Year Up’s Chief Information Officer managing a team re-organization project and learning fundamentals of Agile and Scrum methodology. Her first job was with TRIO Upward Bound. There she developed a passion for social justice and access work. At Boston College, Tori studied Philosophy and International Conflict while participating in a variety of travel and mentoring initiatives. She is most at herself when coaching or facilitating. Outside of the office, she can usually be found taking a spin class, spending time with friends, or asking to pet people’s dogs.
