Hack.Diversity

Hack.Diversity was founded in 2016 with a vision to tackle underrepresentation of high-skilled minority employees in Boston’s innovation economy by recruiting, training, and supporting Black and Latino professionals into software engineering, data analysis, and mechanical engineering roles at the region’s fastest growing companies. The NEVCA spun out Hack.Diversity in 2022 to accelerate the organization’s growth, and expansion into New York and other national markets.
